Duties & Responsibilities
- Helping define customer requirements and develop FMS cases.
- Preparing and maintaining FMS documentation and case packages.
- Tracking funding, expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Coinciding repair programs and return of equipment.
- Managing requests and procurement of replacement parts.
- Aiding with briefings, reviews, and status reporting.
- Responding to action items, data calls, and management requests.
- Coinciding visits by foreign military personnel and delegations.
- Drafting and processing official military correspondence.
Minimum Experience
- 3 years’ experience in FMS or job-related experience.
Qualifications
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience.
- Program management or project coordination experience.
- Government financial management knowledge.
- Logistics and supply chain experience.
- Strong written communication and correspondence skills.
- Experience with military or government organizations.
- Ability to work with international partners.
- Attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
