Duties & Responsibilities

  • Helping define customer requirements and develop FMS cases.
  • Preparing and maintaining FMS documentation and case packages.
  • Tracking funding, expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Coinciding repair programs and return of equipment.
  • Managing requests and procurement of replacement parts.
  • Aiding with briefings, reviews, and status reporting.
  • Responding to action items, data calls, and management requests.
  • Coinciding visits by foreign military personnel and delegations.
  • Drafting and processing official military correspondence.

Minimum Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in FMS or job-related experience.

Qualifications

  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience.
  • Program management or project coordination experience.
  • Government financial management knowledge.
  • Logistics and supply chain experience.
  • Strong written communication and correspondence skills.
  • Experience with military or government organizations.
  • Ability to work with international partners.
  • Attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
