About the role
The Saban Community Clinic is seeking a dedicated physician to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare services to our community.
Responsibilities
- Conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting test results, and determining and implementing treatment plans.
- Assisting patients and families in accessing care and resolving concerns.
- Mentoring and assisting student and resident physicians in managing patient care.
- Participating in peer review, setting clinical standards, and monitoring quality of medical services.
- Collaborating with other staff providers to discuss clinical concerns and improve care delivery.
- Developing and implementing new clinic programs and assuming leadership for health care initiatives.
- Identifying training needs and collaborating with others to develop and implement training programs.
Requirements
- A valid license to practice medicine in California, with no disciplinary actions.
- Board certification or eligibility in primary care specialty, Family Medicine.
- DEA license and BCLS certification.
- Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to clinic care.
- Prior experience with county, state, and federal programs such as CHDP, FPACT, EWC, Medi-Cal, and Title X.

Actual salary offers are determined by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, and certifications. The range is subject to change.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM at 2121 W Temple St, 90026.
