Position Responsibilities
- Monitor fluid levels, usage, and system performance throughout the facility.
- Conduct routine testing and analysis of industrial fluids to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Maintain coolant, lubrication, and hydraulic systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot fluid-related equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Track fluid inventory and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to fluid efficiency and equipment uptime.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering, and safety teams to resolve operational concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
- Engage with product group partnerships to bring continual production improvements to end users.
- Network with regional sales team members to assist in procuring new opportunities within their specified territories.
- Able to network with customer base to offer continuous improvement and increase product productivity.
- Attend partner trainings to insure proper product knowledge and technology advancements.
- Multi state travel is needed to effectively promote and grow individual regions.
Requirements
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or environmental compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Industrial manufacturing product and application knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, lubrication, or fluid management preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, coolants, lubricants, and industrial fluid applications.
- Ability to use testing equipment and interpret fluid analysis results.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.
