Fluid Power Assembly Technician

Schedule and Stability

• Day shift for everyone: 40 hours, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• No required weekends; optional overtime available Saturdays 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Climate-controlled facility for comfort and consistency

What You'll Build and Do

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
• Solder copper tubing with clean, reliable joints
• Integrate basic electrical elements into assemblies as required
• Diagnose and correct defects in fluid power components to ensure units pass inspection
• Identify and resolve issues with broken or faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts
• Calibrate, test, and maintain production and test-related equipment as designated

What You Bring

• Foundational plumbing and basic HVAC experience
• Hands-on exposure to hydraulics and pneumatics
• Proficiency soldering copper tubing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and careful attention to detail
• Able to read blueprints and product specifications in English
• Reliability — ready to work at 6:00 AM
• High School Diploma or equivalent
