Your Role & Responsibilities
- Perform fluid sampling for concentration control using refractometer and titration.
- Maintain Fluid Management Dashboard.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customer management team.
- Communicate recharges of fluids to maintenance team lead.
- Inventory management and purchasing of fluids.
- Clock fluid changeouts with maintenance team.
- Provide metalworking concentrate adds to customer.
- Maintain fluids and lubricant storage area.
Your Profile
- Engineering degree required, Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
- US citizen, passes background/security check and drug test.
- Six Sigma certification and/or similar experience preferred.
- Experience in handling Metalworking/Manufacturing Fluids and/or Machine Lubricants preferred, but not required.
- Industry experience with metalworking processes and fluids preferred.
- Hard-working, follows direction, works well with others and independently, and able to manage detail.
- Works effectively with all levels of client’s personnel, from the operator level through plant management.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
- Environmental, health and safety training will be provided.
