Fluid Management Site Manager

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Perform fluid sampling for concentration control using refractometer and titration.
• Maintain Fluid Management Dashboard.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customer management team.
• Communicate recharges of fluids to maintenance team lead.
• Inventory management and purchasing of fluids.
• Clock fluid changeouts with maintenance team.
• Provide metalworking concentrate adds to customer.
• Maintain fluids and lubricant storage area.

Your Profile

• Engineering degree required, Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
• US citizen, passes background/security check and drug test.
• Six Sigma certification and/or similar experience preferred.
• Experience in handling Metalworking/Manufacturing Fluids and/or Machine Lubricants preferred, but not required.
• Industry experience with metalworking processes and fluids preferred.
• Hard-working, follows direction, works well with others and independently, and able to manage detail.
• Works effectively with all levels of client’s personnel, from the operator level through plant management.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Environmental, health and safety training will be provided.
