About the role

We are seeking fluent Gujarati speakers to act as evaluators for AI models. You will complete side-by-side evaluations of text and voice snippets, assessing how naturally the AI captures Gujarati speech.

Responsibilities

• Side-by-side evaluation: comparing text and voice snippets for quality and authenticity
• Naturalness assessment: rating how natural AI-generated audio sounds
• Quality control: identifying unnatural tone or pronunciation
• Contextual review: checking if intonation matches cultural context
• Data tagging: providing feedback on naturalness, tone, and authenticity

Requirements

• Gujarati language fluency (strong command of everyday Gujarati)
• Linguistic nuance: ability to distinguish subtle differences in accent, tone, and delivery
• Fluent English for instruction following and reporting
• High attention to detail; background in linguistics or translation a plus
• Quiet environment and good quality headphones/speakers
