Responsibilities
- Search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property.
- Copy or summarize recorded documents that affect the condition of title to the property.
- Work on assignments that are varied and complex, requiring breadth and depth of experience with different types of properties.
- Act as a resource to less experienced team members.
- Maintain increased knowledge of state requirements.
- Undertake projects involving multi‑million‑dollar commercial properties
