Floral Teammate Part-Time

Summary

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for ensuring customer orders and deliveries are accurately filled. Assists the Produce Manager, Floral Manager, or Head Floral Clerk with day-to-day operations by adhering to floral merchandising guidelines. Ensures all floral products are properly displayed and maintained for quality and freshness to promote optimal sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Uphold a high level of customer courtesy and service throughout the store.
• Perform various merchandising techniques in the floral department, including floral arrangements, displays, pricing, and customer special orders.
• Ensure all customer special orders/arrangements are accurately filled.
• Maintain plant life within the floral operation to ensure quality and freshness.
• Adhere to company and state sanitation and safety procedures and regulations.
• Assist the produce department with merchandising as needed.
• Help with ordering merchandise and supplies for the Floral Department as required.
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
