Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing displays of high-quality flowers and plants directly in retail customer locations.
• Provide plant care for these stores.
• Deliver our GORGEOUS plants and flowers using company trucks to local retail partners.
• Enjoy self-directed, independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Self-directed, independent work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create visually appealing color groupings for displays.
• Loves working with customers.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license to drive company trucks.
• Will need to operate a lift gate.

Qualifications

• Must pass Federal DOT Drug exam and obtain a DOT medical card.

Skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Ability to operate a lift gate.

Pay

$20-$22 per hour starting wage, with an additional $1 per hour for weekend shifts.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
Start time: 6:00AM-end of shift, approximately 8 hours.
