Floral Driver

Daily Operations

• Provide prompt, courteous delivery of floral orders.
• Must possess good communication skills, phone etiquette, and driving skills.
• Must have a clean driving record and if applicable, CDL.
• Time management skills, dependability, and basic automotive maintenance skills are required.
• Maintain a clean vehicle, checking the vehicle daily for any issues and reporting, keeping a driving log of all deliveries.
• Must have basic directional skills, map reading, and knowledge of delivery areas.

Company Standards

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and training policies.
• Maintain clear communication with other departments.
• Comply with all company policies including following dress code and wearing a name tag.

Basic Functions And Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
• Must have dexterous use of both hands.
• Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
• Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
• This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
