The Art & The Action
- Design & Create: Craft stunning arrangements using fresh flowers, as well as potted plants and corsages.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe design floor.
- Manage inventory levels in the cooler.
- Keep your workstation "camera-ready."
- Process and package orders with care to ensure they arrive at our stores in pristine condition.
- Adapt & Evolve: While you are primarily based at our facility, you'll be ready to tackle a variety of creative tasks as they arise.
Who You Are
- A Visual Storyteller: You have a knack for color, texture, and composition.
- A Practical Professional: You understand that great design requires a clean environment and strict adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Physically Active: You enjoy staying on the move. This role involves standing for your shift (8 hours), bending, stooping, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A Team Player: You’re ready to jump in where needed, whether it’s organizing seasonal products or assisting a teammate during a rush.
The Details
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday availability. We value balance, so we rotate Saturdays (6 a.m.–2 p.m.). When you work a Saturday, you’ll enjoy a designated day off during the week!
- Holiday Hustle: We are the busiest when the world is celebrating! Mandatory overtime is required during holiday weeks to help us spread the joy.
- Compensation: Negotiable based on your experience.
- Growth: We provide on-site training to help you master our specific styles and systems.
