Floral Designer

About the role

As a Floral Designer, no two days are ever the same. Customers walk in with dreams—visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance—and you bring those visions to life. With creativity and care, you design stunning arrangements using your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You’ll also lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with a strong creative eye and attention to detail
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover needs, and translate ideas into beautiful arrangements
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks requiring standing and moving throughout the day
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment
