Floral Designer

Responsibilities

• Aid in plant and dish garden maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooler
• Follow proper floral handling and processing standards
• Accurately identify a wide variety of flowers by name
• Execute design recipes according to productivity and quality standards
• Assist in other departments as needed

Work Environment & Expectations

• Effectively work under pressure in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
• Strong communication skills required
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours during holidays
• Available to work weekends
• Comply with all FDA standards
