About the role

Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum: Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
• Promptly assist and greet customers, provide great service, be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Be able to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and carefully operate all production equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, and safety.
• Experience in grocery retail and customer service.
• Experience in operating a cash register and making change.
