Flooring Service Foreperson (Construction)

About the Role
The successful candidate for our Service Foreperson will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and possess a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
- Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
- Proper use of equipment and materials
- Strive to meet and exceed production targets
- Input timely hours
- Supervise flooring service maintenance crews
Requirements
- All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
