Pay and Schedule

Our top flooring sales earn $70,000 to over $100,000 a year. Hourly pay starts at $18 and guarantees a minimum of $24 per hour against commissions. Immediate bonus opportunities are available. Flexible Scheduling Options: After training, we offer various schedules including a 40-hour full-time schedule, a 32-36 hour modified full-time schedule, and part-time options up to 28 hours a week.

• Receive unparalleled training, including product knowledge, technology, sales solutions, and more
• Process sales quotes, measure jobs, and finalize orders
• Follow up on product deliveries and/or installations
• Introduce customers to ordering customized flooring from boundless options
• Mentor to achieve financial growth as a consultant and/or career advancement opportunities in a leadership or corporate role
• Ask the right questions, listen attentively, and deliver the perfect design solution every time
• Participate in maintaining price cards and light-duty vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas

Requirements

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, with a 2-year or 4-year college degree preferred
• Moderate physical demands required: stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
