We are looking for skilled LVP Flooring Installers who take pride in their work and want to grow their business and increase earnings. Earn $3,000–$6,000 per week on average ($156,000 – $312,000 per year) with a guaranteed 5-to-6-day work schedule and immediate work available.
Refloor handles scheduling, material ordering, and staging for fast loadouts. All jobs are pre-sold—no selling required—with steady weekly workflow and full-service office support. Weekly pay with no holdbacks.

Responsibilities
- Install LVP flooring (no carpet work)
- Work as part of a minimum 2-member crew
- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 2 years of LVP flooring experience
- Own a truck or van
- Available Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass a background check

$3,000–$6,000 per week average ($156,000 – $312,000 per year). Weekly pay with no holdbacks.
Schedule
Guaranteed 5-to-6-day work schedule, with jobs scheduled for you every week. Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability preferred.
