• Proven experience in one or more trades listed above (crew or solo)
• Your own tools, transportation, business entity/W-9, and insurance (GL/Workers’ Comp or valid exemption)
• Commitment to safety, communication, craftsmanship, and customer care
• Willingness to pass basic screening (as required by certain projects)
