Flooring Installation Technician

About the role

LearnTastic is a fast-growing online education platform offering accredited continuing-education and compliance courses in various industries. As a Flooring Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing fitness flooring, loading, unloading, and moving materials safely, using hand and power tools, driving a 26' box truck with lift gate, maintaining a clean work vehicle and job site, communicating professionally, and completing installations accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Install fitness flooring
• Load, unload, and move flooring materials safely
• Use hand and power tools for installation work
• Drive and operate a 26’ box truck with lift gate
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
• Communicate professionally
• Complete installations accurately and safely

Requirements

• Flooring installation or construction experience preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with travel
• Box truck driving experience is a plus
• Forklift Certification is beneficial but not required
