About the role

GO FLOORING is seeking experienced Independent Flooring Installation Contractors to install residential flooring products, including:

• Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP/LVT)
• Hardwood
• Laminate
• Carpet
• Tile

Our installers are an extension of the GO FLOORING brand. Every project should reflect exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install flooring according to manufacturer specifications and GO FLOORING quality standards.
• Remove existing flooring when required.
• Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, patching, or applying approved materials.
• Verify all materials before beginning installation.
• Protect customers' homes, furniture, walls, cabinetry, and personal belongings.
• Complete installations with precision and attention to detail.
• Install transitions, trim, quarter round, and molding professionally.
• Ensure proper expansion gaps, layout patterns, and plank staggering.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Return furniture and leave every home cleaner than you found it.
• Complete customer walkthroughs upon project completion.
• Collect payments when required.
• Document installations with required before, during, and after photos.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the GO FLOORING office throughout each project.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional flooring installation experience required
• Experience installing LVP, hardwood, laminate, carpet, and/or tile
• General Liability Insurance required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read measurements and perform accurate calculations
• Strong understanding of manufacturer installation requirements
• Ability to work independently while maintaining company standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Ability to safely operate flooring installation tools and equipment
• Ability to work in occupied homes while maintaining professionalism

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Weekend work available

Pay
