Flooring Installation

About the role

Simplifies tasks following direction and understands basic flooring terminology. Assists in preparing floors and installing various types of flooring including carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety guidelines
• Helps prepare floors and install floor coverings
• Works well with the team and demonstrates a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to transport oneself to and from work
• General knowledge of carpentry preferred but not required
• Reads a tape measure and has basic construction knowledge
• Desire to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of power tools is beneficial
• Simplicity will provide on-the-job training

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime is available.

Supplemental pay/Bonus

• Attendance Bonus (equivalent of $1.25/hr)
• Referral bonus of $250 per person
• Sign-on Bonus up to $1,000
