Flooring Estimator - Sales (Polished Concrete / Epoxy, Construction)

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Manager in marketing polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems and materials.
• Develop and manage new and existing accounts through account follow-up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings.
• Perform site inspections and prepare estimates for material and labor requirements.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for proposal creation.
• Occasionally travel for business purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales.
• Solid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Valid State driver’s license in good standing.
• Aged 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Passes a pre-employment drug test.
