FLOOR TECHNICIAN (PART TIME)

Location: Bellevue Health and Rehabilitation, 6500 North Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73116.

About the role

Coreworks is seeking a part-time Floor Technician to join our support services team. You’ll maintain and restore floors, operate industrial equipment, and contribute to a people-centered work environment where teammates lift each other up.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance principles and apply proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment
• Use automated equipment to clean large floor areas
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming
• Execute maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
• Carry out other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Prior floor care experience required
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 lbs

$14.00 – $15.00 per hour.
