Floor Technician

About the Role

Calyx Senior Living is hiring a Part-Time Floor Technician for our assisted living community in North Durham, located near the Eno River and minutes from Duke University, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and downtown Durham's entertainment district.

The successful candidate will help maintain carpets, flooring, and upholstered furniture, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our senior residents and staff. A "safety first" attitude and the ability to identify and solve problems are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain carpets, flooring, and upholstered furniture
• Prioritize safety for residents and staff in all tasks
• Identify and address maintenance or cleanliness issues proactively
