Floor Tech FT McAllen

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods.
• Proper use of chemicals.
• Identifying, disposing and transporting of bio-hazardous materials.
• Safely operating cleaning equipment as assigned.
• Performs damp buffing and spot removal of carpets.
• Strips and refinishes hard surface floors.

Qualifications

• After initial training, demonstrate ability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment properly.
• Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Attendance at required training.
• Immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
