Floor Tech (Flagstaff)

What You'll Do

• Perform floor care services including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.
• Clean and maintain carpeted floors through extraction and spot treatment.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, extractors).
• Use chemicals safely and according to training and manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect floors and identify areas needing specialized care.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Prior experience operating commercial floor care equipment preferred
• Pass drug screening, background check, and E-Verify
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English
• Reliable and punctual — we take attendance seriously and use a point system to track call-offs, late arrivals, early departures, and no-call/no-shows
