Kemco Facilities is a full-service facilities provider located in Montgomery, AL. We are seeking a Full-time Shift Lead janitorial position in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Cleaning blinds, desks, counters
• Pulling trash

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work at various locations
• Cleaning experience
• Effective communication and people skills
• Accessible by telephone
• Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift twenty-five pounds regularly, occasionally up to fifty pounds
• Able to pass background check

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Custodial Experience preferred

Pay

Starting wages are based on job assignment, experience, and location. Positions range from $13.00-$14.00 per hour.

Shift: (12am-8am) Monday - Friday
