Floor Tech

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Greenville, a premier healthcare facility in Greenville, Pennsylvania. As a Floor Tech, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility floors, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility floors by sweeping, buffing common areas
• Ensure a safe environment by identifying and addressing any hazards or areas of concern
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash and recyclables
• Use specialized equipment, such as floor polishers and strippers, to maintain floor surfaces
• Collaborate with other facility staff to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality
