About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor who can deliver a top-notch customer experience and rock the sales floor (and the behind-the-scenes) while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the guidance of our Store Manager. As a Floor Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role by driving daily sales goals and supporting the creation of a motivating and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Energize every customer interaction with a warm and helpful vibe, sparking conversation that inspires sales and builds brand love.
  • Take ownership in opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, coaching associates in real-time, and supporting the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
  • Stay connected to our newest campaigns and product launches and promote our brand vision to our customers.
  • Work the sales floor by processing new inventory, restocking shelves, cashiering, and more.
  • Radiate pride, commitment, and passion for our brand and customers.

Requirements

  • Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Confidence in leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
  • Energy and excitement around our brand goals and values.
  • Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
