About the role

We have openings for full-time FLOOR STOCK positions. Location: Cleveland Clinic - 9500 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44195. Note: online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Walk for the majority of the shift while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Frequently kneel, bend, lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, customers, and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated delivery and storage areas.
• Ensure proper food storage and rotation using First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Build relationships with nursing staff and other Cleveland Clinic caregivers throughout the hospital.
• Gain exposure to a variety of hospital units and departments while delivering supplies and orders.
• Stay active throughout the day and easily achieve your daily step goals.
• Enjoy a level of independence by working at your own pace while ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive experience for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Previous food service, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Frequent weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain sanitation standards.

Pay

$16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.
