About the role

Brothers Bar & Grill in Columbus, OH is hiring part-time Floor Staff. You’ll assist bartenders, check IDs, and work the floor to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Training is provided for dedicated, inexperienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders during shifts
• Check guest IDs to ensure compliance
• Work the floor to provide exceptional guest service

Requirements

• At least 19 years old
• Able to work up to 30 hours per week
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, expand responsibilities, and have fun on the job
• Must be a people person capable of delivering outstanding guest service
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
