Floor Staff

What You'll Do

• Be the gatekeeper. Greet guests warmly and be diligent. Check IDs, spot fakes, and enforce North Carolina alcohol laws and age restrictions.
• Protect the vibe. Monitor the floor for safety. Communicate efficiently with the bar and security teams (via walkie) to handle intoxicated guests or aggressive behavior.
• Arcade first aid. Help guests with minor game issues like token jams or stuck skee-balls.
• Patrol the floor. Keep the space clean and sanitized.
• Closing (or opening) time. Help prepare the building for opening or closing, including sweeping, mopping, removing trash, setting out tables, and sanitizing restrooms.

• Physically ready. Capable of standing/walking for 8-hour shifts and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus.
