We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve all substantive info; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Current Employees: internal application process note (maybe metadata). Could be minor metadata; we can drop or put in short p. - Job Category: Academic Staff - Employment Type: Regular - Job Profile: Facilities Planner (but the role is Floor Plan Specialist? Actually Job Profile: Facilities Planner, but summary says Floor Plan Specialist role. We'll treat as role description.) - Job Summary: The Floor Plan Specialist role is in the Division of Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M), Department of Capital Planning & Design, in the operational area of Office of Space Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The Space Management Office collects and maintains university space and utilization information, and works with schools, colleges, and divisions to identify and plan for short- and long-term space needs. This role will collect and update space information through building walks, surveys, and project documentation. This work is critical to maintaining and improving space and facility data for campus reporting and planning. An ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience with the following: Space and facility Floor Plan data – Play a key role in collecting, updating, and maintaining university space and utilization information. Work with schools, colleges, divisions, and departments to collect and update organizational field data. Knowledge of the higher education Facilities Inventory Classification Manual (FICM) for accurate space classification. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Work ethic and willingness to learn – We are looking for motivated individuals who will dig in and do high quality work on schedule. We expect staff to approach their work with a learning mindset and apply on the job experience to their work.Professional work experience in Architecture, space planning, or a related field. Experience with gathering, updating, and implementing field data into a standardized floor plan program, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Ongoing/Renewable Full-Time 100% FTE Hours generally scheduled 7:45AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. - Additional Information: This position may require occasional travel outside of Madison, Dane County, or the State of Wisconsin to UW-Madison facilities and/or other institutions. - Key Job Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Department: Division of Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M), Capital Planning & Design, Space Management Office - Compensation: $68,000 annual minimum The minimum rate for this position is $68,000, but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, competitively priced health/dental/vision/life insurance, tax-advantaged savings accounts, and participation in the nationally recognized Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) pension fund. For a summary of benefits, please see below for more information: Academic staff Benefits summary - Required Qualifications: list bullet points. - Preferred Qualifications: list bullet points. - Education: Bachelor's degree, preferred; a focus in architecture, space planning, or related field preferred. - How to Apply: instructions (application instructions) -> we must remove application instructions. - Contact Information: we may keep as minor metadata? It's not boilerplate but contact info; maybe we can include as short p? The instruction says "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Contact info could be considered minor metadata. We could include a short p with contact email and phone. - Institutional Statement on Diversity: that's EEO boilerplate; remove. - etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe Job Summary), Responsibilities (Key Job Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine some?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: we have Job Summary content. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have Key Job Responsibilities list. - Requirements: we have Required Qualifications list. - Qualifications: we have Preferred Qualifications list. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from summary: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive information, work ethic, willingness to learn, professional work experience in Architecture, space planning, or related field, experience with gathering, updating, implementing field data into standardized floor plan program, knowledge of FICM, etc. But we already have Required and Preferred qualifications covering many. Could combine skills into a section but risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Required and Preferred into Requirements and Qualifications sections, and maybe not have separate Skills. - Benefits: we have description of benefits package. - Pay: we have compensation: $68,000 annual minimum, negotiable. - Schedule: we have Hours generally scheduled 7:45AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Also Ongoing/Renewable Full-Time 100% FTE. Thus we can include Pay and Schedule sections. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have specific numbers. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove application instructions (How to Apply, etc.) We must remove boilerplate like EEO, diversity statement, etc. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to output HTML fragment only. Structure:

Potentially also include a short p for metadata like Current Employees note? Could drop. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract exact text.
