Floor Manager

About the role

Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in a high volume upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage the floor to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution.
• Train and mentor staff members.
• Manage reservations using the RESY Reservation System.
• Oversee daily operations to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a high volume upscale restaurant.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the RESY Reservation System is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Adrienne’s Pizza Bar will sit adjacent to Harry’s, serving classic round pies, old fashioned square pizzas, oven-baked pasta, salads and more homemade Italian dishes.
