About the role
This position is at our 121-room Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport, conveniently located near Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel provides guests with easy access to the city's most popular attractions, including historic sites, cultural landmarks, and entertainment destinations. Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the Residence Inn offers spacious accommodations and thoughtful amenities, including an inviting lounge area and an outdoor patio with a cozy fire pit.
Responsibilities
- Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
- Handle guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
- Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures.
- Clean and service assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
- Return and restock cart at the end of shift.
- Complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
