Floor Host

About the role

As the Floor Host, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable experience while overseeing and supporting a team of floor hosts. Your leadership skills, coupled with your passion for hospitality, will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and fostering a sense of community within our establishment. This role reports to the Lead Floor Host or the Client Relations Manager.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Host is the “go to” person on the floor focused on delivering a hospitality-based experience to our customers and responsible for providing information and directing assistance while interfacing with all office services.
• Provide visible support on office floors for guests and visitors, focused on connecting them with the right people/resources to get what they need and responding to ad hoc questions.
• Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors
