Floor Coatings & Concrete Polishing Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with floor coatings, concrete polishing, surface prep, and epoxy flooring projects.
• Operate grinders, polishers, vacuums, hand grinders, and related flooring equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow direction from the Project Manager, Crew Lead, GC, and site superintendent as needed.
• Help complete daily goals and stay on task within assigned work areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite, truck, trailer, and staging area.
• Follow PPE requirements, safety procedures, and professional conduct expectations.
• Support teammates and help maintain quality, efficiency, and company standards.
• Track materials, inspect equipment, report broken tools, and assist with daily logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of flooring experience required.
• Experience with concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, surface prep, grinders, and flooring equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, professionalism, and willingness to keep learning.
