Compensation
- Hourly wage: $21.6 - $29.1 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be added ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply)
