Benefits Of Yona Comprehensive medical, dental, and vison insuranceEmployer paid life insurance401(k) planCompetitive paid time offEmployee assistance programWages on demandDiscount & wellness programsCareer growth Responsibilities: Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping, refinishing and burnishingUtilizes equipment for cleaning of large area of floor surfaceFollows proper procedures on carpet including shampooing, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etcOperates floor care equipment as assignedPerforms maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface typesDisinfects floor care equipment after each useResponsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adheres to all safety precautions.Other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferredProven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques requiredMust be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risksRequires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbsMust be able to be at work on time and at varying times of day/nightMust be able to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision or other employee assistanceMust provide a criminal background check This posting in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
