Floor Care Technician

Job Responsibilities
- General floor care activities: dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet
- Periodic floor care activities: scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing
- Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies
- Coincides activities between customers and the company
- Completes other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing work plan
- Customer-oriented and friendly
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Repeat the same movements
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, possible overnights for special projects
- Full Time 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 5pm-12am $16-$20/hr
