About the role

Taurus is seeking a Flood Insurance Adviser to join its dynamic team. This role focuses exclusively on inbound leads, eliminating cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on flood insurance coverage
• Absorb client needs and make personalized policy recommendations
• Identify changes in customer coverage needs and suggest appropriate updates
• Help drive revenue growth and customer retention

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, particularly within insurance and/or sales
• Strong communication skills
• A positive, solution-focused, team-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points for

• Bachelor’s Degree
• ANFI or other professional insurance designations
• Knowledge of property insurance, National Flood Insurance Program, or Private Flood Insurance
• Property and Casualty (2-20 or Customer Representative (4-40) license
