Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Engage in physical activity with children, both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.
• Successful completion of a background check (effective January 1, 2024).

Pay

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Assistant Teacher pay range: $17.64–$18.33 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
