Floating Service Technician

About the role

Our Maintenance Technicians are key to making our communities feel like home. They take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving, and make a daily impact on residents.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Get empty homes move-in ready
• Keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jump in on snow removal and share on-call shifts
• Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid
