Floating Service Technician

About the role

Our Maintenance Technicians are key to ensuring our communities feel like home. They take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving, and make a daily impact on residents.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Get empty homes move-in ready
• Keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jump in on snow removal and share on-call shifts
• Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Requirements

• Takes pride in work and enjoys problem-solving
• Desire to make a difference for residents every day

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
