Floating Service Technician

About the role

Our Maintenance Technicians at Berger Communities are responsible for ensuring that our apartment communities feel like home. They handle service requests and repairs, keep properties clean and attractive, and provide friendly, professional service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Get empty homes move-in ready
• Keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jump in on snow removal and share on-call shifts
• Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
