Floating Relationship Banker

About the Role

This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent will work at various locations within the market, executing branch leads, customer transaction requests, and identifying sales or referral opportunities. Adherence to FNB policies, procedures, and Core Values is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
• Makes recommendations for selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Maintains effective data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB-approved technology.
• Manages the lifecycle of new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Performs routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks, following established policies and procedures.
• Serves as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and managing daily risks as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0 years of job-related experience.

Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), and MS PowerPoint (Basic).
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and consumer products/services.
• Sales and customer service experience.

Licensures/Certifications

• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent driving (car, van, truck).
• May require overnight travel for training, especially during onboarding.
