Floating Property Manager
What You Should Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
- Strong understanding of leasing, occupancy management, renewals, resident relations, and property operations
- Ability to analyze financial reports, legal documents, and operational data
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to resolve resident concerns and effectively manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred
- PropertyWare experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance required
- Active Real Estate License in the applicable state is required (must-have qualification)

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing property management team focused on delivering exceptional resident experiences while maximizing portfolio performance. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, leasing, and leadership teams to ensure homes are well-maintained, occupancy goals are achieved, and residents receive outstanding service throughout their tenancy. Your contributions will directly impact revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and the overall success of the Bridge Homes portfolio.

- Time Away From Work
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 11 paid holidays annually
- Parental Leave: Following six (6) months of employment, eligible employees may receive:
- Four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as a primary caregiver, or
- Two (2) weeks of paid parental leave as a secondary caregiver
- Following two (2) years of employment, eligible primary caregivers may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement
- Learning & Development
- Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for pre-approved education expenses
- Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
