About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various digital channels.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
Qualifications
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
- Knowledge of video marketing and storytelling techniques
