About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social

Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of video marketing and storytelling techniques
