Floating Maintenance Technician - Lattice

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Performs “make-ready” processes for vacant units.
• Manages inventory and tracks supplies.
• Documents and completes paperwork accurately.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Supports cost-cutting initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts.

Other Responsibilities

• Complies with safety and risk-management policies.
• Inspects work performed by contractors and vendors.
• Assists in conducting routine and periodic property inspections.

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods.
• Bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, crawling.
• Working inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, or maneuvering weights up to 25 pounds.
• Rare or regular travel may be required.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Licenses or Certifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians).
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (for all Service Technicians).
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00. Additional compensation includes a quarterly or annual bonus program, and various benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, housing discounts, sabbaticals, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, fertility benefit reimbursement, and an employee assistance program.

This role is full-time and requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
