Job Summary
As a Floating Leasing Specialist, you will assist all communities in the Los Angeles market by selling and renewing residential apartment leases, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and preparing lease packages. Your primary focus will be to generate interest, provide exceptional customer service, engage current residents, and ensure the community meets readiness standards.
Impact and Job Responsibilities
- Generate interest in the community by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques successfully.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Engage current residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, and assist in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing, and referrals to increase visibility of the community.

- A minimum of one-year of sales or customer service experience is a plus!

Typical Base Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, plus bonus program participation.
